Invitation to International Water polo Tournament

We have been invited to the well-known international waterpolo tournament, organized by the Dutch swimming club “Aqua-Novio’94” located in Nijmegen, The Netherlands.

This tournament will take place on Saturday June 17th & Sunday June 18th, 2006, in the heated (25°C) open air swimming pool “Goffertbad” in the city of Nijmegen.

Every year they welcome various men- and women teams from all over the Netherlands as well as from different surrounding countries such as Germany, Belgium, France, Denmark and the United Kingdom.

Matches will be played on Saturday from 09.30 hrs. until ±19.00 hrs. and on Sunday from 08.00 hrs. until ±15.30 hrs. After the last match on Sunday the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize winners will receive the traditional spectacular prizes.

It is possible, and even recommended, to camp out on the premises of the swimming pool during the tournament.

From Friday June 16th, 19.00 hrs, you can put up your tents on the fields of the ”Gofferbad”. The bar will be open and you can meet the other participants in a very cheerful ambiance.

Saturday evening will be even more spectacular. After the last matches a great barbecue will be served, followed by a swinging party!!

On Sunday morning they will serve you a delicious breakfast, after which you can start your second tournament day full of energy.
